Crystal Morgan has been a RN for 26 years who has studied the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection for
over 40 years. She firmly believes that stress is an important factor
that leads to morbidity and mortality.
Crystal divides her time living in California, the Southwest and Hawaii,
studying the ancient ways of the Hawaiians and Native Americans, experiencing
and sharing diverse cultures, giving massage therapy and coaching Stress
Reduction through Meditation, Aligned Breathing and Focused Awareness
